All our jewellery is handmade to order, the UK is currently in lockdown so please allow an extended 3-8 weeks for your order to be made.
Your jewellery pieces make their journey to you via DHL, as we’ve found this to be the safest and most reliable way to ship our creations. Your shipping fee is determined by your location and will be shown to you at the checkout.
Our parcels are fully insured against loss or theft and usually arrive 1-3 days after dispatch, no matter where you are in the world.
As everything is handmade to order we don’t keep any stock, but if you need a particular piece for a specific date, send us a note and we will do our very best to get it to you in time.
If you make a mistake and need to change your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible. You can also cancel an order up to 48 hours after it has been placed. If more time has passed, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do. As everything we create is made-to-order, Alice may have already begun crafting your special item!
Sadly we can’t accept returns or exchanges on any pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons. This includes both body jewellery such as septums and nipple bars, as well as traditional earrings.
We’re sure you’re going to be so in love with your Alice Ruby jewellery piece, but if for some reason you would like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to do so. All jewellery must be new, unworn and in its original packaging.
We cannot process a refund for a lost or damaged parcel so please make sure you send your return via one of the lovely tracked and fully insured services.
